At LALLA, every product is lovingly handmade in South Africa with great care and attention to detail. We hope you and your little one will love every purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.
• All original packaging and tags are still attached.
• The product has not been washed, personalised or altered in any way.

Please note that return courier costs for change-of-mind purchases are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or you have received the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing Orders@lallasouthafrica.com

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Once assessed, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund where applicable.

Handmade Products

As every LALLA product is individually handmade, slight variations in stitching, fabric placement or finishing are part of the unique character of each item and should not be considered defects.

Personalised Products

Unfortunately, personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are faulty or incorrectly manufactured.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.

Please note that your bank may require additional processing time before the funds reflect in your account.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange unused products for a different item of equal value, subject to stock availability.

Shipping

We proudly deliver throughout South Africa.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a faulty product or an error on our part.
